What is Healthy Lifestyle?

For me, healthy lifestyle is less worry, less depression, less stress, and less disease. It is about balancing our life. Anything that is too much is not good. Balance in all aspect of life, hobbies, business, family, education and learn how to create wealth in every area of life.

Healthy lifestyle is not only avoiding a disease or illness but a way of living to enjoy life. Its concern how we manage one’s life in terms of habits, nutrition and physical activity. It is also physical, mental and well being too.

Consider the following ways for healthy lifestyle.

- Eat more fruits and vegetables
- Laugh more often
- Give up smoking and drinking alcohol
- Cook food for your family and friends
- Simplify your life and don’t make life complicated
