Life Balance on Healthy Lifestyle

It is very important to have well balance life to live a healthy lifestyle. Life balance helps you to cope from stress, guilt and pressure of life. I believe that if you truly honor every aspect of your life such as family, work and play, you will be successful and fulfilled in every areas of your life.
First of all, to have a balance life, you must know your priorities like family, career, work, hobbies, health, money, etc. Setting your priorities not means knowing what they should be but figure out what you want your priorities to be. If you know your priorities you will know what really matters to you and realize that you are devoting too much time to activities that are not important to you. In this way, you can manage your time according to your priorities.
Learning to say “NO” is an important aspect of gaining life balance. Filipinos are having difficult to say no because they want to please everybody and meet everybody’s need; which is impossible and give only frustration, fatigue and resentment at the end of the day. Let us accept the fact that you cannot please everybody because every person is unique. You must know how to use your time and nobody else can make you do something you don’t want to do. Recognizing this, you will make easier for you to control your time.
Last but not the lease, in order to have well-balance life, you must take a break by planning to have fun and relaxation. Have a habit of taking time to yourself by planning a picnic or out of town vacation with your loved one, watching your favorite movie or reading your favorite books. Always remember that you are in charge of your own schedule. The choice is yours.
