Benefits of Eating Healthy Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal at the start of day. Some are not realized how breakfast is important. After taking a bath and preparing for the things, they often neglected to eat breakfast. They reason that they are late in office or school and just make snack in the morning.
According to studies, healthy breakfast will improve more concentration in school or work; more strength and endurance in daily activities. Children who do not eat breakfast may not perform well in school and have behavioral problems such as stealing and fighting in school and not listening to their teachers. People who miss breakfast often fail to make up for nutrients missed at breakfast later in the day. The vitamins and minerals contained in breakfast help make up for nutritional deficiencies.
Also, eating breakfast may help to weight loss and fight childhood obesity. It seems that children or adult who eat breakfast appear to have better control over their appetite and can therefore control their weight more easily. When you miss breakfast, you’ll get hungry faster and there is a large possibility that you eat a high fat sweets or fast food early in the morning which will contribute to your weight easily.
If you prepared breakfast, make sure that breakfast contains protein and some fiber such as milk, cereal grains and fruits. Sample of good breakfast is pancakes topped with fruit and milk, bread with cheese or peanut butter, banana or papaya and milk, hard boiled egg, orange and a bowl of whole grain cereal with low fat milk. Here in the Philippines, Filipino people usually eat fried egg, fried fish or hotdog and rice and orange juice or milk as breakfast. Having a healthy breakfast does not take too much time.
Eating healthy breakfast is the best way to start off your day. Notice to yourself that if you eat healthy breakfast you’ll perform better in work or in school. Eating breakfast can be considered as living a healthy lifestyle.
