Are your Life is Complicated?

I know someone who always irritated in small things and destroy his whole day. In order to win in this life, we must learn to manage our emotion over the small problems we have encountered everyday. Are you irritated with traffic, are your friend takes you for granted, did your husband forget to fix the faucet, did your hi-tech gadget is hang-up, etc. These scenarios can be use to destroy your day and make your life complicated. You’re the only one who will decide to make a big issue out of it, why not enjoy life instead of focusing on negative things. Manage the negative thoughts you have such as criticisms of other, complaints, and self-doubts. Replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Letting go of the mistakes, memories, and past that make your life complicated. Let go of your negative feelings or thoughts that you are engaged at the moment. Stop worrying about the things you need to do or regretting about what you have already done.

Learn to live simply beneath your means to make life easier. I believe that happiness is not found in expensive things such as brand new car, clothes, and cash. It is found inside you. But how you can find your happiness if you are busy making life complicated.

Don’t make life complicated and become miserable, live simply and have a good life.
