Radish Health Benefits

Radish is a vegetable with thin white skin and white flesh and rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, B, A, calcium, iron, fiber, antioxidants and others which provides healthy benefits to our body. It also a good source of potassium and calcium.

Radishes can be eaten raw in the form of appetizer or salads or cooked. To retain its crunchiness and freshness, radish must be soaked in cold water. It is known to stimulate appetite and relieve nervous exhaustion. It is also beneficial for the teeth, gums, nerves, hair and nails.
