3 to 4 garlic, crushed

1 white onion, chopped
1/2 calamansi juice
3/4 cup soy sauce
Salt and pepper to tase
Cooking oil
1/4 cup water
Preparations:
- In a bowl, combine calamansi juice and soy sauce. You can add more calamansi juice if needed. Add salt and pepper.
- Marinate pork chops for 30 minutes to 1 hour to the mixture.
- In a saucepan, saute garlic and onions and then set aside.
- Fry pork chops in cooking oil until cook or golden brown.
- Put pork back in the saucepan and add the marinade combination. Add water.
- Simmer until the pork is tender.
