Fried Chicken Adobo Recipe
Adobo is one of the Filipino’s favorite because of its great taste. Frying the cooked adobo will give a crispy chicken.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces
5 gloves of garlic, crushed
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Pepper
Procedures:
- In a saucepan, mix the chicken, vinegar and garlic to combine.
- Add water and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer covered for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Remove and drain the chicken and reserve the sauce.
- In a pan, fry the chicken until slightly crisp and brown.
- Remove and transfer the chicken into plate and top with adobo sauce.
- Serve with rice.
