Breaded Pork Chop

I prepared breaded pork chop for lunch today.

Ingredients:
Pork chop
Fish sauce (patis)
Garlic
Pepper
Scramble egg
Calamansi juice
Flour
Cooking oil

Preparations:

  1. Marinate pork chop with fish sauce, garlic, pepper, egg and calamansi juice for 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Rub with flour and breadcrumbs.
  3. Deeply fry until cooked.
